數控機床選擇絲桿導軌的標準

數控機床絲桿導軌的精度等級的基本定義說不太清楚,大體的意思是為了反映出滾動體及相關組件的在不同配合間隙的情況下,導致的直線導軌定位面與基準面,或者絲杠的重復定位精度上出現的不同差異。如果你能理解滾珠絲杠在伺服系統中以及直線導軌在起精密導向元件時的作用的話,這個“精度等級”的概念就不難理解,說白了,就是用在不同的精度要求的設備中,精度等級越高的,就可以使用在越精密的設備中,它能使得設備本身所能達到的定位精度和加工準確度也就越高,當然,也越高(因為制造和裝配時的困難就越大,成本也越高)。

有時制造廠家會使用進口的設備來制造精度等級高的訂單,或者所有訂單一起加工,再更終檢測時挑選出某一些達到高精度指標的,留下,按照高精度來賣,其余的就按照一般精度來賣。

滾珠絲杠:分研磨級(C0、C1、C3,C5)和軋制級(C7,C10),越靠前越高。滾珠絲杠還有個“間隙”和“預壓”的概念,就不多說了,說多了就把人弄糊涂了,和精度等級也息息相關。你只需知道研磨級的絲杠(絲杠的接觸面是用絲杠研磨機磨出來的)一般常用的都是C3,C5級,軋制級的絲杠(絲杠的接觸面是用滾壓機滾軋出來的,所以精度要比研磨的差一些,但是造價低)一般常用的都是C7,C10級,就可以了。對比一下“e300”的值,后面數值單位是mm:C3 0.008C5 0.018C7 0.05C10 0.21直線導軌:精度等級范圍:普通級(N)、(H)、精密級(P)、超精密級(SP),也有超高精密級(UP)。預壓等級范圍:輕預壓(FC)、中預壓(F0)、重預壓(F1)、超重預壓(F2)。同樣,上面“P”“SP”等字母代表的含義也只是相對的,不同廠家的含義可能不同,要參看該廠家的樣本說明,不同的等級對應的定位面尺寸公差和端面跳動等。
