滾珠絲桿預緊力的確定

在滾珠絲桿副中對螺母施加預緊力,可以提高滾珠絲桿副的軸向剛度和定位精度。因此,若只考慮絲桿副的剛度及定位精度,顯然是預緊力越大越有利,可以更好地由彈性變形所引起的軸向間隙。而過小的預緊力即使了軸向間隙,但不一定就提高了剛度。
